  this company handle my gas boiler maintenance for my housing association , after coming out of hospital i get home no gas so checked the boiler says it needs a service i then telephoned them and they are point blank refusing to service it until Monday , so you sit all weekend with no heating or hot water because their engineer that the receptionist called wont do a service at the weekend , shocking way to treat clients , shame on you as it turns out the boiler started and stopped again so its not a service issue ( i only took the supply on last july which is way shorter time than the 11 months the boilers are set for for services ) as it says its a fault , re contacted them and again point blank refusal to sort the heating , shows me that the engineers are idle and dont want to do their jobs and the company have crap customer relations

  I had posted a negative comment earlier describing their pthetic service, but they managed to remove my previous feedback along with few others.
  
  Anyways, to keep the story short, they took 2 weeks to repair (actually to mess up) my boiler from the date i started my claim with insurance company and they came straightaway to check the boiler. Once they ordered wrong parts. Next time they came with right parts but the leak they were supposed to repair is still leaking. They replaced the parts and said they now have another leak (all of a sudden). They broke my presurre gauge and EVEN WORSE, the engineer stepped on to unfloored area of loft and broke my ceiling. He left and did not even mention amout the pressure gauge which he broke and left upside down neither did he mention about foot through the ceiling.
  
  I noticed it after 2 weeks as I was on holiday from very next day and noticed it on my return. That room is not in regular use and hence we did not notice on the day of engineer visit but were schocked to see it on our return from holidays.
  
  AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUD COMPANY.
  
  By the way, they are in aberdeen as well.
